A delicious and easy recipe for French toast casserole with a twist of turkey bacon.

- 1 loaf French bread
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 8 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cube the French bread and place it in a greased baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
- Pour the egg mixture over the bread cubes and gently stir to combine.
- Sprinkle the crumbled turkey bacon over the top.
- Drizzle maple syrup over the casserole.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until golden and set.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

- For a sweeter version, add more maple syrup.
