  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the croissants and layer them in a greased casserole dish.
  3. In a bowl, mash the bananas and mix with eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and brown sugar.
  4. Pour the mixture over croissants and let it soak for 30 minutes.
