- 6 croissants
- 3 ripe bananas
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the croissants and layer them in a greased casserole dish.
- In a bowl, mash the bananas and mix with eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and brown sugar.
- Pour the mixture over croissants and let it soak for 30 minutes.
- Drizzle maple syrup on top and bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
