Ingredients

  • 2 slices whole grain bread
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 slice cheddar cheese
  • 2 slices turkey bacon
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the turkey bacon in the air fryer for 5-6 minutes or until crispy.
  3. While bacon is cooking, toast the bread in the air fryer for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Crack an egg onto one slice of toasted bread.
  5. Top with cheese and cooked bacon.
  6. Place back in the air fryer and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, until egg is cooked to your liking.
