- 1/2 cup cornmeal
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp baking powder

- 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
- 2 tbsp butter, for cooking
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the corn kernels, cornmeal, milk, egg, baking powder, and salt. Blend until smooth.
- Stir in the chopped turkey bacon.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.
- Pour batter onto the skillet for each cachapa and cook until bubbles form, about 3-4 minutes.
- Flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with additional toppings if desired.
Notes
- For extra sweetness, you may add a bit of sugar to the batter.
