  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add 1 cup sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in sour cream and flour until just combined.
  6. Pour cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  7. Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until the center is set.
  8. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven with the door ajar for 1 hour.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
