Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped turkey bacon and sauté for about 5 minutes until crispy.
  3. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
  4. Stir in the chicken ham and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Add the fresh peas, salt, and pepper, stirring well to combine.
  6. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the peas are tender but still bright green.
  7. Remove from heat and serve warm.
