Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh peas
- 1/2 cup turkey bacon, chopped
- 1/2 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped turkey bacon and sauté for about 5 minutes until crispy.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in the chicken ham and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Add the fresh peas, salt, and pepper, stirring well to combine.
- Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the peas are tender but still bright green.
- Remove from heat and serve warm.
Notes
- This dish can be prepared ahead of time and reheated.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like carrots or bell peppers.
