Instructions
- In a pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add ground beef, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Cook until beef is browned.
- Remove from heat and stir in fresh Thai basil leaves and julienned vegetables.
- Soften rice paper wrappers in warm water and place a spoonful of the beef mixture on each wrapper.
- Roll tightly and serve with dipping sauce.
