- 8 ounces Thai rice noodles
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon chili paste
- 1 lime, juiced
- 3 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
- In the same skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic, onion, and bell peppers. Sauté until soft.
- Add broccoli and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Add cooked noodles, turkey bacon, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chili paste. Toss until combined.
- Finish with lime juice and garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
- For extra heat, add more chili paste according to your preference.
- Feel free to substitute turkey bacon with regular bacon if desired.
