- 2 cups crushed pretzels
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1 (6 oz) package strawberry Jell-O
- 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix crushed pretzels, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9×13 inch dish and bake for 10 minutes.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping and spread over cooled pretzel crust.
- Prepare strawberry Jell-O according to package instructions. Add sliced strawberries and let it cool slightly.
- Pour the Jell-O mixture over the cream cheese layer and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
