  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for icing)
  • 2 tablespoons milk (for icing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and fit it into a baking sheet.
  3. In a bowl, mix strawberries, sugar, cornstarch, vanilla, and lemon juice.
  4. Pour the strawberry mixture onto the prepared crust.
  5. Cover with another layer of pie crust and seal the edges.
