- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger.
- Add chicken wings to the marinade and let them soak for at least 30 minutes.
- Place the wings on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Once cooked, remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispy wings, broil for an additional 5 minutes after baking.
- Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more or less brown sugar.
