- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 package puff pastry sheets
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut into squares.
- Place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold the pastry over to create a pocket and seal the edges.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add some red pepper flakes to the filling.
- Serve warm for the best taste.
