Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 package puff pastry sheets

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into squares.
  4. Place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of each square.
  5. Fold the pastry over to create a pocket and seal the edges.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add some red pepper flakes to the filling.
