- 2 cups cooked spaghetti
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup creamy Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté onions and bell peppers until softened.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked spaghetti, chicken, sautéed vegetables, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is bubbling and golden.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add diced jalapeños or hot sauce.
- This dish can be made a day in advance and baked before serving.
