- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar until fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix well.
- Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the creamed mixture.
- Fold in marshmallows and chocolate chips.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking pan.
- Sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips instead of milk chocolate.
- Let the bars cool completely for best texture.
