Enjoy the flavorful fusion of a smashburger in a convenient quesadilla form.


Ingredients

  • 2 flour tortillas
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Add diced onions and cook until softened.
  4. In a separate skillet, place one tortilla and sprinkle half of the cheese on top.
  5. Add the cooked beef mixture, chopped pickles, mustard, and ketchup.
  6. Top with the remaining cheese and place the second tortilla on top.
  7. Cook until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until the cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from heat, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add your favorite spices to the beef.
  • Serve with salsa or sour cream on the side.
