Ingredients

- 2 flour tortillas
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Add diced onions and cook until softened.
- In a separate skillet, place one tortilla and sprinkle half of the cheese on top.
- Add the cooked beef mixture, chopped pickles, mustard, and ketchup.
- Top with the remaining cheese and place the second tortilla on top.
- Cook until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from heat, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add your favorite spices to the beef.
- Serve with salsa or sour cream on the side.
