- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together ground turkey, chopped turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into meatballs and place them in the slow cooker.
- In another bowl, mix the beef broth, mushrooms, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over the meatballs in the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry. Stir into the slow cooker to thicken the sauce.
Notes
- Serve with mashed potatoes or noodles for a complete meal.
- Feel free to add other vegetables to the slow cooker.
