Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine pumpkin puree, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt.
- Add apple cider and stir well to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Once thickened, remove the lid and continue cooking for an additional hour.
- Allow to cool before transferring to jars.
