  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  3. Once cooked, mash the potatoes slightly with a potato masher.

  5. Cook for an additional 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
