- 4 cups chicken broth
- 4 ounces turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled

- 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
- In a slow cooker, add the diced potatoes, chopped onion, and chicken broth.

- Once cooked, mash the potatoes slightly with a potato masher.
- Stir in the turkey bacon, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for an additional 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
