Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 package puff pastry sheets
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the diced onion and garlic until softened.
  3. Add ground sausage, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and parsley. Cook until sausage is browned.
  4. Roll out puff pastry and cut into squares.
