- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 package puff pastry sheets
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, cook the diced onion and garlic until softened.
- Add ground sausage, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and parsley. Cook until sausage is browned.
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into squares.
- Place sausage mixture in the center of each square, fold over, and seal the edges.
- Brush the tops with egg wash.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
