- 2 large sweet potatoes, cubed
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sweet potatoes, olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika. Toss to coat.
- Spread the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix together honey and minced garlic.
- Add the sausage to the baking sheet and drizzle with the honey garlic mixture. Toss everything together.
- Return to the oven and roast for an additional 20 minutes, or until the sausage is cooked through and the sweet potatoes are tender.
