  • 2 large sweet potatoes, cubed
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sweet potatoes, olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika. Toss to coat.
  3. Spread the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
