- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shredded zucchini, cheddar cheese, crushed Ritz crackers, onion, eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
