Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the pumpkin into cubes and place them on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until tender.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
- Drizzle with honey and sprinkle feta cheese on top before serving.
