Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vegetable oil until well combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined.
- Fold in chopped walnuts.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- For the frosting, beat cream cheese and butter together until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until creamy.
- Once the bread is cool, spread the frosting on top.
