- 1 teaspoon black pepper

- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the pork loin on all sides.
- In a bowl, mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
- Rub the spice mixture onto the pork loin.
- Transfer the pork loin to the crock pot and add the chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce.
- Add the sliced carrots and chopped onion around the pork.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the pork is tender.
- Slice and serve with the vegetables and sauce.
