  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the pork loin on all sides.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Rub the spice mixture onto the pork loin.
  4. Transfer the pork loin to the crock pot and add the chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce.
  5. Add the sliced carrots and chopped onion around the pork.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the pork is tender.
  7. Slice and serve with the vegetables and sauce.
