Instructions

  4. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for about 15 minutes until golden.
  6. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, lemon juice, lemon zest, and baking powder.
  7. Pour the lemon mixture over the baked crust and return to the oven.
  8. Bake for an additional 20 minutes.
  9. Allow to cool, dust with powdered sugar, and cut into squares before serving.
