- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 2 cups cooked rice or quinoa

Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced beef to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned.
- Stir in the bell pepper and onion, cooking until they are softened.
