Ingredients

- 1/4 cup honey

Instructions
- In a blender, combine diced peaches, honey, Dijon mustard, and balsamic vinegar.
- Blend until smooth.
- With the blender running, slowly drizzle in olive oil until emulsified.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer to a jar and store in the refrigerator.
