- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli florets with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Toss well to ensure all the broccoli is coated.
- Spread the broccoli on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until the edges are crispy.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
- Return to oven for an additional 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon juice before serving.
