A delicious recipe for Pappadeaux Mardi Gras Pasta featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.

- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
- Add olive oil to the skillet, then sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
- Stir in chicken ham and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add Parmesan cheese and Cajun seasoning, mixing until the sauce is smooth.
- Toss in the cooked pasta and mix until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with crumbled turkey bacon and chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier dish, add more Cajun seasoning.
- This recipe can be made ahead and reheated.
