  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  3. Add olive oil to the skillet, then sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
  4. Stir in chicken ham and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Add Parmesan cheese and Cajun seasoning, mixing until the sauce is smooth.
  7. Toss in the cooked pasta and mix until well combined.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Garnish with crumbled turkey bacon and chopped parsley before serving.
