A delicious and easy recipe for blueberry french toast casserole that can be prepared ahead of time.

- 1 loaf French bread
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the French bread into cubes and place in a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle the blueberries over the bread cubes.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
- Pour the egg mixture over the bread and blueberries.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- For best results, use day-old bread.
- Can substitute frozen blueberries if fresh are not available.
