- 4 large russet potatoes
- 6 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 cup onions, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
- In the same pot, melt butter and sauté onions until translucent.
- Add diced potatoes, chicken broth, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 20 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and chicken ham. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Top with chopped turkey bacon before serving.
Notes
- For extra creaminess, blend half of the soup and mix back in.
- Garnish with chives or green onions for added flavor.
