Ingredients

  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup onions, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
  2. In the same pot, melt butter and sauté onions until translucent.
  3. Add diced potatoes, chicken broth, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 20 minutes.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and chicken ham. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Top with chopped turkey bacon before serving.
