Instructions

  1. Slice the onions into rings.
  2. In one bowl, mix the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a second bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. In a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
  5. Dip each onion ring first into the flour mixture, then into the egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  6. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the onion rings until golden brown.
  7. Remove from oil and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
