- 1 pound beef steak, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 cups potatoes, diced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the sliced beef, cooking until browned.
- Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Pour in the beef broth and add the diced potatoes, bring to a boil and cook until the potatoes are tender.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Add heavy cream and stir until combined.
- Remove from heat and add shredded provolone cheese, stirring until melted.
