Ingredients

  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 slices chicken ham

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and melted butter.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just blended.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and grease lightly.
  5. Pour batter onto the skillet, using about 1/4 cup for each pancake.
  6. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  7. In a separate pan, cook turkey bacon and chicken ham until crispy.
  8. Serve pancakes with bacon and ham on the side.

Notes
