Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and melted butter.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just blended.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and grease lightly.
- Pour batter onto the skillet, using about 1/4 cup for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- In a separate pan, cook turkey bacon and chicken ham until crispy.
- Serve pancakes with bacon and ham on the side.
Notes
- For fluffier pancakes, do not overmix the batter.
- You can add vanilla extract for flavor.
