Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of muffin tins.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add pumpkin puree, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix until well combined.
