Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced jalapeños
  • 12 egg roll wrappers
  • 1 egg, beaten (for sealing)
  • vegetable oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and diced jalapeños.
  2. Place about 1 tablespoon of the mixture into the center of each egg roll wrapper.
  3. Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling and roll tightly, sealing the edges with the beaten egg.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the egg rolls until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  6. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels before serving.
