- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced jalapeños
- 12 egg roll wrappers
- 1 egg, beaten (for sealing)
- vegetable oil (for frying)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and diced jalapeños.
- Place about 1 tablespoon of the mixture into the center of each egg roll wrapper.
- Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling and roll tightly, sealing the edges with the beaten egg.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the egg rolls until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels before serving.
Notes
- Make sure to not overfill the egg rolls for easy sealing.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce like ranch or salsa.
