Ingredients

  • 1 cup pie crust or puff pastry

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. In a pan, cook the turkey bacon until crispy.
  3. Add the shredded chicken and mixed vegetables, then pour in the chicken broth and season with thyme, salt, and pepper.
  4. Roll out the pie crust and cut into circles.
  5. Place the filling in a mini muffin tin, cover with pie crust, and pinch edges.
