- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup pie crust or puff pastry
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- In a pan, cook the turkey bacon until crispy.
- Add the shredded chicken and mixed vegetables, then pour in the chicken broth and season with thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Roll out the pie crust and cut into circles.
- Place the filling in a mini muffin tin, cover with pie crust, and pinch edges.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
