  • 4 pita breads
  • 1 cup cucumber, shredded
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken thighs with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Let sit for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Grill or pan-sear the marinated chicken until cooked through, about 6-7 minutes on each side.
