- 2 pounds chicken thighs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 pita breads
- 1 cup cucumber, shredded
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken thighs with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Let sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill or pan-sear the marinated chicken until cooked through, about 6-7 minutes on each side.
- Remove chicken from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- To make the tzatziki, combine shredded cucumber, Greek yogurt, crumbled feta, lemon juice, and dill in a bowl.
- Warm the pita breads and fill them with sliced chicken and tzatziki.
- Serve with additional toppings like tomatoes, onions, or lettuce, as desired.
