- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 1 cup Marsala wine
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
- Add orzo, Marsala wine, and chicken broth; bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer until orzo is cooked, about 10-12 minutes.
- Stir in thyme, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
