- 4 slices turkey bacon

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together maple syrup, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, and black pepper.
- Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them.
- Wrap each thigh with a slice of turkey bacon.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the marinade.
