- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 cups macaroni
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cups milk
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, ketchup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- In a separate pot, cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and return to the pot.
- Add milk, egg, and half the cheese to the macaroni. Stir until creamy.
- Layer the meat mixture in a baking dish, then add the macaroni mixture on top.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese over the top.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until the meat is fully cooked and the cheese is golden.
