- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the ground beef. Cook until browned.
- Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, ranch dressing mix, salt, and pepper.
- Combine the cooked rotini, beef mixture, and corn in a baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
