- 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup chicken ham, chopped
- ½ cup green onions, sliced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large pot, boil the diced potatoes until fork-tender, then drain.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, cheddar cheese, turkey bacon, chicken ham, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the drained potatoes to the mixture and gently stir until combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Notes
- For a crispy topping, broil for an additional 2-3 minutes.
