Description

A deliciously creamy Loaded Baked Potato Casserole packed with flavors from turkey bacon and chicken ham.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup chicken ham, chopped
  • ½ cup green onions, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large pot, boil the diced potatoes until fork-tender, then drain.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, cheddar cheese, turkey bacon, chicken ham, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
