Ingredients

- 1 cup garlic cloves
- 2 cups vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Peel the garlic cloves and place them in a food processor.
- Add salt and process until the garlic is finely minced.
- Slowly drizzle in the vegetable oil while the processor is running to create an emulsion.
- Once all the oil is incorporated, add lemon juice and blend until smooth.
- Store in a clean jar in the refrigerator.
