Instructions

  1. Preheat your skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Cut the sirloin steak into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the steak bites to the hot skillet and sear each side for 2-3 minutes until browned.
  4. Reduce the heat and add garlic butter to the skillet, tossing to coat the steak bites.
