Instructions
- Preheat your skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cut the sirloin steak into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
- Add the steak bites to the hot skillet and sear each side for 2-3 minutes until browned.
- Reduce the heat and add garlic butter to the skillet, tossing to coat the steak bites.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and chopped parsley, letting the cheese melt slightly before serving.
